Due to the custom nature of our offerings and the care we take in preparing each item, we do not offer returns or refunds on online purchases. This includes:

• Tea blends (hand-packed and made to order)

• Custom photo magnets (personalized and printed just for you)

• Event tickets (seats are limited and prepared in advance)

We believe in shopping with intention and are always here to help answer questions before you purchase. Please double-check all event dates, product details, and personalizations prior to placing your order.

In-Store Purchases
Returns and exchanges may be available for select items purchased directly from our brick-and-mortar location. Please visit us or contact us through the 'SAY HELLO' tab inquire about in-person returns.
