THE ROLE


We are looking for a visual storyteller with a strong eagerness to learn about creating, shooting, and editing engaging content that aligns with our broader marketing and content calendars. You will be a team player, highly organized, and a strong representative of the brand. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to assist with our performance among different audiences, social insights, and analytics, as well as emerging trends.


AllSaints

  • You will help bring fresh ideas to the Director of Marketing, present research on trends, help create ideas that align with the brand’s tone of voice
  • Assist on creative briefs when necessary
  • Assist with the capturing all types of videos for the marketing team including videos of fashion events, in-store, lifestyle videos, behind the scenes and consignment shoots
  • Act as a point of contact for Marketing team, ensure equipment such as cameras, stands and lights required for each project are correctly tracked, invoiced, and accounted for
  • Check all material to ensure that it has been captured properly with direction from collaborating teams
  • You will assist with gathering analytics on how content performs across different business areas.
  • Act as a liaison for the Director of Marketing; maintain and foster relationships with content creators in key markets to partner with for key activation

John Varvatos

  • Take direction to organize John Varvatos’s social media calendar across all platforms — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms consistency
  • Assist the Director of Marketing by crafting and preparing zoomed-out views of JV’s “evergreen” social media calendars by floor set
  • Adjusting calendar due to weekly read-and-react business shifts in order for social to work hard for the business
  • Take notes and keep track of any social media updates, pertaining to all patterning and swipe across social platforms, consolidating social media inspiration shared by rest of team to inform creative ideation for upcoming social content
  • Assist with content creation when applicable
  • Publish confirmed and approved social media across platforms
  • Present weekly analytics across social platforms to the Director of Marketing
  • Conduct daily social media listening across platforms to identify:
  • Emerging product trends
  • UGC to repurpose
  • Potential customer service issues
  • General sentiment and commentary about JV
  • Engage in daily community management to review inbounds and reactions to owned JV content (comments, direct messages), with partnership from Customer Experience team

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • You are highly organized, with an eye for details
  • You exhibit strong communication skills
  • You will be a creative person with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience with graphics, music, and voiceovers to create professional grade content
  • Strong customer service skills
  • You are a team player who can both receive direction and provide feedback when necessary
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Final Cut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and aftereffects

Pay Range in New York, New York for this role is currently $28.00 - $32.00 USD/Hour. 
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
