About The Role

The Director of Branded Member Experience (supporting Gap brand) will lead the retention and acquisition strategy and execution across channels, focusing on driving loyalty and cardmember engagement. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies that support sales, optimize engagement, and enhance the customer experience. This role involves close collaboration with Commercial Planning to align acquisition, retention, and promotional efforts, while fostering creative development and testing innovation within loyalty marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cross-channel retention marketing strategies to enhance loyalty and engagement.
  • Create targeted campaigns to boost customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Use data insights and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Acquisition teams to develop strategies for acquiring high-value customers.
  • Implement integrated acquisition campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with retention efforts.
  • Optimize new customer acquisition funnels, utilizing data to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Ensure smooth transition from acquisition to retention initiatives to maximize CLV.
