About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Client Concierge to join our Client Services team in Torrance. This front-line role is essential in guiding clients through intake, coordinating care, and maintaining consistent engagement and follow-up throughout their service journey.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist clients and their families during intake
Verify eligibility for services and provide external referrals as needed
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate service coordination
Perform wellness check-ins and coordinate support services such as transportation
Maintain accurate documentation in client records and case management systems
Support the Client Services Department in day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Compassionate, patient, and professional communicator
Prior experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, social services, or community-based setting is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, databases, case tracking software)
Able to work onsite in Torrance, Monday through Friday
